We are looking for a Site Quality Specialist who will be the reference for Quality & Excellence culture at the site. The person in this role will proactively validate all critical assemblies before starting them and read all relevant instructions and technical documents before site mobilization. They will also ensure compliance with all technical requirements and engineering drawings during erection and commissioning.



Job Tasks:

• Establish and maintain a project quality management system (Quality Plan) in compliance with company and customer requirements.

• Develop and implement a verification plan to ensure compliance with the Quality Plan.

• Train project team members in quality tools and procedures.

• Participate in site project kick-off and post-handover tasks.

• Review and ensure compliance with contract QA requirements and supplier quality requirements.

• Implement project-specific methods and procedures driven by customer requirements.

• Establish and execute the project audit plan and criticality assessment.

• Prepare and maintain the site quality book and all required reports.

• Control and distribute documents, measurement devices, and quality records.

• Coordinate inspections with the client and ensure all special processes are properly qualified.

• Participate in site audits and ensure team familiarity with corporate and project-specific procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace are preferred) from an accredited university or college; or equivalent experience (5 years minimum in similar industries).

• Experienced, with a background in Quality and/or Engineering and/or Installation Operations.

• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings is requested.

• Experience in site quality management.

• Knowledge of quality standards and procedures.

• Ability to work in a team and train others.

• Problem-solving skills in quality matters.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
