We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Contractor and Site Project Assistant to join an offshore-related project. This role involves supporting project management activities to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently, on time, and within scope. The Project Assistant will be based on-site and may occasionally travel for meetings with clients, subcontractors, or the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project contracts to understand scope and requirements.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project manager and team.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements related to the project.
• Assist in risk management by identifying potential issues.
• Maintain project files, databases, and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the energy industry (electrical substations) is preferred.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
