Now you can help us to plot a course into the future of maritime engineering on your DEME journey as a Works Superintendent.

Your responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operational execution of our projects on-site.
2. Report directly to the project manager and support a team of Site Superintendents and Project Engineers.
3. Focus on planning and optimizing the performance of the works, client communication, QHSE, time and budget compliance.
4. Coordinate other Superintendents and Project Engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your profile:

1. Master’s degree in (civil) engineering, preferably with a specialization in construction, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 3 years of experience with complex engineering projects.
3. Ability to work autonomously and be a natural problem-solver.
4. Hands-on mentality.
5. Strong teamwork values.
6. Willingness to work abroad on projects for extended periods.
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
