Your team:

You will be working closely with both Operations and Business Development managers. You will work independently and be in charge of your own tasks.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity combining work with patients on-site with business development activities, giving a range of opportunities for further development in the company structure.

It is a hybrid job, combining work on-site and from home.

This job is open in whole Silesia. It will require site visits in the region.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate clinical trials on-site, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures
• Oversee patient recruitment, screening, and enrolment processes for assigned clinical trials
• Manage and maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including case report forms and regulatory files
• Liaise with study sponsors, monitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations
• Support hiring and mentoring new site coordinators and act as their Lead, providing guidance and training as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and performance
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with Investigators and Medical Institutions representatives as well as with Milestone One existing and potential clients (sponsors and CROs)
• Support our efforts with active promotion of Milestone One brand by acquiring new clinics and building a network of sites
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and consistency across trial locations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve study-related issues

Qualifications:

This job is for you if youre independent, a natural problem-solver, and deeply passionate about assisting health care communities in delivering life-changing treatments to patients. You must have a college or university degree in Life Sciences and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Study Coordinator on site.
