• Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and work standards.
• Ensure achievement of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Motivation objectives.
• Lead the industrialization of new products and process improvements.
• Oversee and continuously improve manufacturing efficiency, OEE, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, purchasing, and project teams to align plant operations with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain operations to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team, ensuring competence development and succession planning.
• Manage plant budgets, cost structures, and business plan execution.
• Act as local representative, handling customer relations and audits.
