Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

1. Special Process Qualification minimum at Level 1 according to Quality Academy criteria
2. Experience in managing Quality tools (Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, …)
3. Railway experience is a “plus”

Experience

Mandatory:

1. Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Industrial
3. Rigor & communication
4. Technical mastering of railway products
5. International mindset & Fluent in English (For PIQ Manager / Leader)
6. Ability to work in a matrix organization and resistance to pressure (Production & Delivery)
7. Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, …) and Quality tools
