The plant in Chrzanów produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit a Site HR Business Partner:

Implementation of human resource management policies and strategies;

Supporting Managers and Employees across the business in all HR matters;

Driving employee engagement programs;

People Development: coordinate all HR processes;

Keeping HRIS system up to date;

Coordination of HR projects for specified area of activity;

Headcount planning and headcount management with the Heads of the Departments;

Management of well being initiatives;

Recruiting: defining candidates profiles, assisting Hiring Managers in candidate selection process, participating in interviews;

Training: defining training priorities for organisation.

Join our team if you have:

Min. 3 years of experience in HR department, in production organization as a plus

Emotional maturity;

Courage to face tasks and challenges;

Experience in building teams and the HR strategy;

Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;

Ability to create Excel databases and reports;

Masters degree of any major.
