Provide leadership and management to the project construction team, ensuring that the required resources are in place;
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring subcontractors work in alignment with the program of works and schedule;
Identify buildability challenges and propose construction methods that offer cost or program advantages;
Responsible for accurate, transparent reporting and forecasting;
Preparation and delivery of Daily / Weekly /Monthly Work Plans to set out key project delivery parameters including Resourcing / Procurement / Programme management along with Identification of key project risks and associated mitigation measures;
Responsible for project delivery to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards;
Develop and manage relationships with key project stakeholders;
Requirements:
Background in large scale mixed residential or commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams – 10+ years of experience;
Excellent working knowledge of latest construction methodologies, building regulation and certification standards;
Strong negotiation skills, good spoken and written communication skills;
