Act as business partner to operations, including co-operation with the site leadership team and working closely with the Site Manager as well as the site functions including manufacturing, logistics and warehousing
Act as a financial controller ensuring financial integrity with all processes, controls and compliance
Critically review factory spend to support Budget and Forecast process in conjunction with Operations.
Provide complete reviews of weekly and monthly reports to senior management, including both site and head office management teams
Provide weekly reports to Cost Centre managers outlining area performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards as well as provide support during external audits
Control cost efficiency (manufacturing & logistics) with key factory leaders, drive financial acumen in the factory.
Our expectations:
Master’s Degree (preferably in Finance)
More than 5 years’ work experience in finance and/or controlling
Fluent English
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
