Job Description

Join our international team and be the key support to clinical research projects, as part of the start-up team, working in a dynamic multi-functional environment, gaining unique skills from various disciplines relevant to clinical research.

Hybrid work in Warsaw.

You will:

1. Coordinate review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements and budgets between PSI staff and study sites.
2. Perform administrative activities (documents collection/distribution, filing clinical trial agreements in the database and maintenance of local documentation).
3. Customize and prepare contractually binding site-specific documents in cooperation with PSI Legal.
4. Prepare the executable version of the contract and coordinate the signature process.
5. Update and maintain relevant tracking and filing systems.
6. Liaise with project teams and other PSI departments on site contracting and grant negotiation matters.

Qualifications

1. College/University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the clinical research industry.
3. Prior experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites is a plus.
4. Full working proficiency in Polish and English.
5. Communication and organizational skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
