• Financial management of the local facility, covering both sales and production.
• Ensuring accurate follow-up and performance support through margin and supply chain analysis.
• Responsible for monthly closings and delivering P&L and balance sheet reporting, including variance and trend analysis.
• Leading the annual budgeting process for the local facility.
• Managing forecasting and budgeting, combining bottom-up planning with top-down targets.
• Presenting financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Maintaining and improving financial processes and program structures.
• Driving continuous improvements and efficiency in reporting, controls, and analytical tools.
• Developing dashboards and KPIs in Power BI.
• Enhancing Microsoft Dynamics to strengthen financial insights.
• Handling ad hoc tasks related to business controlling.

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience as a senior controller/plant controller in the manufacturing sector.
• Preferably experience in supply chain controlling.
• Experience working in a Scandinavian environment is a strong asset.
• Interest in ERP/BI development.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel to Sweden.
