As Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced simulation models to optimize our manufacturing, warehouse and intralogistics processes . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence.

Your responsibilities
- Defining the scope and purpose of discrete simulation projects within the manufacturing domain, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data required for simulation exercises
- Identifying and selecting the most suitable simulation platforms for each project, considering compatibility, scalability, and ease of use
- Developing and verifying simulation models using statistical methods and tools
- Conducting experiments, analyzing results, and generating comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations
- Introducing and implementing new simulation techniques, methods, and software while utilizing CAD software to design and optimize physical system layouts
Our requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or any other related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with simulation engineering, ideally with Discrete Event Simulation (DES), preferably linked with warehouse design, logistics, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of simulation software and tools such as Emulate3D, Visual Components, 3DExperience or any other similar
- Familiarity with statistical methods and tools (R, Python, Excel, for example)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
