Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland is the newly opened branch of Toyota Boshoku Europe, the Europe & Africa headquarters of Toyota Boshoku.

The Wrocław branch plays an important role towards Toyota Boshoku Europe’s expansion strategy, while strengthening Toyota Boshoku’s footprint in the EA region.

The new office allows us to centralize know-how, optimize processes efficiency, increase competitiveness, improve quality of services and support future projects. It aims at improving operations of our Poland-based manufacturing companies alongside strengthening headquarters activities.

Requirements

• Proceed Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) topics inside the project
• Communication with customer and suppliers with CAE content
• Create CAE program for serial projects and for new projects incl. costs + time schedule together with test engineer.
• Control costs + time schedule of the CAE programs
• Proceed CAE simulation internal with all pre- and post-processing tasks
• CAE program has to respect all requirements from customer and legislation
• Review test results from internal, supplier and customer
• Analyze test result with requestor of simulation and/or with validation and test engineer
• Communicate test results within the team and to customer / supplier
• Compare test results with Validation results together with Validation engineer
• Support Design - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

Background

• Bachelor degree in a field of Mechanics, Automotive, Aeronautic etc.
• 1-3 years experience of a Validation area, or in Finite Element Analysis
• Able to work within cross functional and cross country team
