Currently, for our client, we are looking for a Siebel IT Operations Specialist who will join a team responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the Siebel CRM platform that supports critical business processes in large organizations. Your responsibilities will include incident resolution, problem analysis, change implementation, and monitoring of production and test environments. The projects focus on maintaining the CRM ecosystem and its integrations with back-office systems. The scope of work includes environment stabilization, optimization of operational processes, and automation of monitoring and deployment activities. You will collaborate closely with development, integration, and business teams. Project information: Location: Remote Type of employment: B2B contract Remuneration: 160 - 180 PLN net VAT per hour on B2B Project language: English Your tasks: Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM environments Analyze incidents, diagnose root causes, and deliver effective solutions Support Change Management processes and deployment activities Provide assistance to business users and project teams Work with SQL, system logs, and monitoring tools Contribute to system integrations (SOA / ESB) Prepare and maintain operational and technical documentation Requirements: Experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support) Solid knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred) Experience in log analysis and working with monitoring tools Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to have: Knowledge of Linux / Unix Experience with CI/CD pipelines Understanding of SOA / OSB We offer: Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).
