We’re looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus shop in Warsaw. This job is on‑site and on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

  • Sell tickets and additional services while following pricing, reporting, and fiscal procedures
  • Operate sales systems and provide accurate passenger information on schedules, prices, and regulations
  • Handle customer service tasks, including basic complaints, inquiries, and passenger check‑in
  • Perform quality control checks on coaches, ensuring cleanliness, equipment readiness, and compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with drivers and technical teams and report issues according to internal procedures
  • Manage lost and found items, including registration, documentation, and proper release to owners
  • Maintain the sales office environment, ensuring cleanliness, equipment functionality, and adherence to safety regulations

About You

  • Fluency in Polish. Good command of English is needed
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage
  • Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends (Shift‑based work between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Independence and resourcefulness
