As a Docking Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating mobilization and docking projects, managing schedules, budgets, and QHSE aspects, among others.
Within this role, you will work on mobilization, dockings, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of technical assets, analyzing and improving equipment performance in line with internal business demands and QSHE-S guidelines. This contributes to high-quality, reliable, and safe equipment against optimal costs, enabling Operations to execute client projects effectively. You have overall responsibility for dockings and mobilization projects of multipurpose offshore vessels. To do this, you manage various aspects of the docking and mobilization project, including budgeted time, cost, execution, and contractual and commercial aspects. You evaluate repair specifications, subcontractors, and coordinate the overall technical execution of the works. Together with your QHSE colleague, you are responsible for all safety, health, and quality aspects.
Additionally, you support the development of commercial budgets and work schedules for mobilization activities, and you are responsible for mobilization tender management and cost control.
• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good coordinating skills
• Team player with a flexible attitude
• Willingness to travel abroad about 50% of the time on short business trips
