Your responsibilities:
# Coordinate and support various automation and reporting activities
# Monitor and track the progress of application development
# Clearly communicate project activities between business, technical teams, and management
# Ensure adherence to established project management standards and practices throughout all project phases
# Create, manage, and ensure the quality and accuracy of project documentation using Jira and Confluence
# Assist the project team with daily operational tasks and administrative functions


Our requirements:
# Experience using Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation
# At least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or similar roles, ideally in an IT or technology-oriented environment
# Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
# English (minimum B2)
# Ability to think clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
# Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
# A collaborative team player who actively contributes to team objectives
# Knowledge or exposure to Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, AgilePM) is desirable
