The Shipping Administrator role is a position within the Shipping Department team of 15 people.



The Shipping team provides global distribution services that include order management, liaising with carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders on a daily basis, with detailed attention to the company’s distribution setup. Core shipping activity is to secure vital logistic flow between the Global Distribution Center and the company’s business partners – internal and external. This requires excellent work organization and collaboration on various levels such as the planning department, customers, warehouse, and logistics services providers. Our shipping processes are bonded with operational procedures that provide standard work and quality assurance.



We seek an open-minded person with a good understanding of the shipping industry to work in a well-maintained distribution setup that has its core in global airfreight and the European courier network.



Global Supply Chain is a dynamic area, where business and sales meet logistics. We are committed to delivering results and meeting customer satisfaction. You will manage your own customers, but also have shared tasks with the whole team.



The role is located in Stargard and will report to the Shipping Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. University degree in logistics, transport, or engineering.
2. English language skills in writing and speaking (minimum B2 level).
3. Proven international shipping/outbound logistics experience of 2-3 years.
4. Very good time management skills.

2. A high drive and ability to take initiative.
3. Experience in an international corporation.
