The Shift Leader will manage the subordinate team to ensure efficient operations, provide a safe working environment for all team members, and oversee the implementation of the production plan to achieve goals and maintain high quality standards.
What you will do
- Ensuring safety on production lines and compliance with occupational health and safety rules
- Supervision of the proper course of the production process
- Managing and motivating employees
- Training and development of the subordinate team
- Evaluating employees- work
- Solving problems arising during the production process
- Increasing the level of efficiency and quality of work
- Reporting production indicators
- Promoting and applying Principle Based Management rules
- Adherence to documentation related to Quality Management System
Who you are (Basic Qualifications)
- Secondary or higher education, technical preferred
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Experience in managing a team and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Openness, engagement
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Good computer skills – MS Office, in particular Excel
What will put you ahead
- Communicative level of English
- Experience in SAP system
- Knowledge of laser and ultrasonic welding/joining, and experience with vision systems
