• Lead and support the technical implementation of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions that meet user and business needs
• Design and develop customizations, configurations, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and client-specific systems
• Extend Microsoft 365 capabilities through modern development approaches, working closely with architects and peers
• Contribute to the evolution of our Microsoft Business Applications capability with your own ideas, improvements, and best practices

• Solid experience with SharePoint Online (administration, configuration, customization)
• Deep interest in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint technologies — including strengths and limitations
• Proficiency in modern development tools: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, PnP PowerShell) and Everything-as-Code templating practices
• Ability to use REST APIs (Graph API, SharePoint API) for advanced integration and extension scenarios
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure components, including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
• Knowledge of SharePoint On-Premises Farm Architecture is a plus
• Microsoft certifications (Modern Work, Power Platform, Azure) are a strong advantage
