Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Ownership

• Architect and maintain scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft SharePoint (On-Premises)
  
  
• Design multi-server farm deployments (HA / DR / performance optimization)
  
  
• Define governance, security, and compliance standards
  
  
• Lead upgrade and migration strategies
  
  
• Own information architecture and taxonomy design
  
  
• Establish development standards and best practices
  
  

Hands-On Development (Mandatory)

You will actively develop and review advanced SharePoint solutions:

• Farm Solutions (WSP)
  
  
• Custom Web Parts
  
  
• Event Receivers
  
  
• Timer Jobs
  
  
• Custom Features & packaged solutions
  
  
• Extensive use of SharePoint Server-Side Object Model
  
  
• Advanced C# / .NET Framework development
  
  
• Enterprise-level PowerShell automation
  
  
• Deep ULS troubleshooting & performance tuning
  
  
• Search configuration and optimization
  
  
• Custom integration with internal enterprise systems
  
  

CRM & Business Platform Architecture

• Design and build CRM-style systems fully on SharePoint
  
  
• Architect:
  
  
• Complex data models (lists, content types, relationships)
  
  
• Workflow-driven business automation
  
  
• Role-based security frameworks
  
  
• Lead projects end-to-end (requirements → architecture → development → deployment)
  
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
  
  
• Act as Technical Lead across cross-functional teams
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years SharePoint On-Prem enterprise farms
  
  
• Proven experience as SharePoint Architect or Technical Lead
  
  
• Strong C# / .NET Framework background
  
  
• Deep experience with Server-Side Object Model
  
  
• Strong PowerShell scripting expertise
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  
  
• Experience designing multi-tier SharePoint infrastructure
  
  
• Experience building complex business platforms (CRM-style systems)
  
  
• Ability to independently own platform-level decisions
  
  
• English language proficiency at B1+ level or higher

• Experience with SharePoint Online
