Job position: SharePoint Lead Consultant

Location: Krakow (hybrid work 2 days per week in office)

Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Please note: for this role we cannot consider candidates who require company support to legally live and work in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Create and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, and perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
• Contribute to building efficient programs/systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar job position is a must.
• Bachelor in Engineering.
• Experience in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online.
• Good experience in customer handling, team handling, and project management.
• Solution architect experience is a plus.
• Experience in O365 architecture.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Polish).
