We are looking for a specialist who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to understand business needs. The position covers the full project lifecycle: requirement analysis , solution design, implementation, maintenance. The key focus areas include SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration, process automation, and system integration services.

Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online or On-Premises)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: administration, configuration, implementation
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Good command of English (B2+ / C1 level)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to work remotely and collaboratively
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with system integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST API)
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform Fundamentals, SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
- Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools for Microsoft 365
