For our international public sector client, we are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join a long-term project focused on building and improving advanced digital collaboration and knowledge management systems. The project supports large-scale European operations and involves modernizing workflows and document management tools within a secure environment.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Angular, .NET, and SharePoint-based systems.
• Full software development lifecycle experience from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in developing enterprise-level software solutions within the .NET and Angular technology stack.
• Strong understanding and practical application of UML for software design and architecture.
• Skilled in designing and implementing the data, business logic, and user interface layers of complex applications.
• Experience delivering ICT solutions that support knowledge management, workflows, digital collaboration, and business process automation.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, iterative development environments.
• Capable of leading and coordinating technical teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of software projects.
• Experienced in preparing clear and detailed technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
• At least one advanced-level certification in software development technologies
  or an equivalent internationally recognized certification (subject to acceptance by the Contracting Authority).
