• We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant to support our Digital Employee Experience team with data migration projects within the Office 365 environment. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working with modern digital workplace technologies.

• Execute data migration tasks within SharePoint Online according to the defined scope and timelines
• Track and report progress on key milestones, including the number of migrated sites
• Prepare and deliver clear user guides and training materials for end-users and support teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including security, legal, and privacy teams, to ensure compliance
• Communicate technical information effectively across various audiences, including business users and project teams

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in agile environments
• Proven experience in data migration, preferably within Office 365 / SharePoint Online
• Solid understanding of Office 365 SharePoint Online features and structure
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in IT delivery processes and working with business stakeholders
• Excellent project and process management skills
• Fluent Polish required 
• Residing in Poland required
