Job Description:

The Transformation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the ongoing cohesiveness of Shared Service Transformation activities. A person in this role acts as an information management coordinator between Program Management, Transitions, FSC Leadership, and country stakeholders, boosting their alignment with the Head of Shared Service Transformation, putting in place communication channels, gathering required information, compiling data, and flagging risks.

Achieving these goals requires working on inter and cross-departmental levels to help identify, establish, and coordinate initiatives that work towards that effect.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Head of Shared Service Transformation with support in relation to the day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate about Shared Service Transformation goals, objectives, and business updates.
  • Work and communicate with senior group and country stakeholders to ensure alignment with the program.
  • Provide support to foster FSC leadership and expertise.
  • Promote and build strong ownership and growth culture among Shared Services Transformation stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency by continuous feedback gathering from FSC leadership.
  • Help in rolling out various initiatives within FSC environment.
  • Coordinate the organization and guide implementation and effectiveness of learning and development programs, career paths program, and others.
  • Work with FM team to ensure all visits are coordinated and taken care of.
  • Ensure proper cross-team and cross-department communication channels are put in place.
  • Report on FSC continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Business Controlling function to ensure correct recharge and relevant documentation is in place.
  • Help in coordination of external vendors relationships including BPO delivery.
  • Oversee and process BPO and other 3rd party vendor’s purchase orders and intercompany charges.
  • Report on Talent Acquisition function activity and delivery.
  • Support the FSC new hire onboarding process if required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Very strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of business strategy and planning.
  • Ability to work and communicate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
