Could you be the full-time Services Training Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including transferring of Rail Control Solutions & Systems’ knowledge to the client and preparation of materials and training classes at the clients location or online. You’ll also be involved in Continuous Improvement based on Alstom needs.

We’ll look to you for:

1. Taking care of training models, updating them to requirements
2. Organizing your own training trips in the country
3. Communication with Customer
4. Participating in R&D meetings
5. Training scope: railway control device, traffic management systems (hardware, software)
6. Conducting training related to operation, maintenance and support for traffic dispatcher during the launch of station

All about you

1. A degree in engineering or a related field
2. Willingness to travel regularly throughout Poland, Europe, and occasionally other regions of the world
3. Fluency in English and Polish, as these will be the primary languages used during training
4. An eagerness to learn quickly, work independently, and demonstrate adaptability and reliability
5. Proficiency in the MS Office suite
6. A valid category B driving license
7. Experience and understanding of railway traffic control will be considered an asset
