Job Title: Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with English (planning)

Job Description: As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process, you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive) for the UKI market. As a Services Specialist, you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care for our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

  1. Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations.
  2. Receiving, monitoring, developing, and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers.
  3. Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements.
  4. Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests.
  5. Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers.

Youre the right fit if:

  1. You have at least 2 years of professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations.
  2. You know English language at a minimum C1 level.
  3. You enjoy having direct contact with customers and maintain a high standard of communication.
  4. You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
  5. Comprehensive PC skills; knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage.
  6. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
  7. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; skill in prioritizing tasks required.
  8. Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
