Your Responsibilities Ensuring the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions Deriving test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria Performing tests within the ServiceNow platform Creating and maintaining test documentation and automating test processes (e.g. using the Automated Test Framework – ATF) Analyzing and tracking defects in close collaboration with developers and product owners Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Creating test concepts, test plans, and migration concepts Ensuring compliance with technical and methodological standards (ISTQB, ITIL, SAFe, IT Security) Your Profile In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow processes and experience with test automation (ATF) Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) Confident use of Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Miro High level of commitment, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2) Additional Information Location: Remote – candidates residing in Europe are welcome Employment Type: Contract (full-time) – candidates should be open to freelance and/or time-and-material (billable) engagement models
