responsibilities :
Leading a team of developers in executing ServiceNow CSM initiatives.
Applying technical expertise and business analysis to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Working closely with product owners, developers, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new solutions.
Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Actively participate in SCRUM-related events (daily stand-ups, planning and refinement sessions, retrospectives).
Take part in demo sessions to showcase progress and achievements.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years experience in ServiceNow as a business analyst, technical consultant, or solution architect.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow development and implementation, particularly in the CSM area.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and modules.
Strong experience in business analysis within CSM frameworks.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; a willingness to improve and share knowledge within the team.
