We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall design, development, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in effectively mapping business needs to technical requirements while ensuring scalability and performance.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and team members to define, design, implement, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with future state objectives.
- Create system design specifications and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, offering guidance to internal teams and clients.
- Analyze and understand existing code to guide and support developers, stepping in to develop when necessary.
- Conduct architecture reviews of current solutions, identifying areas for improvement and redesigning solutions as needed.
- Drive innovation by researching, evaluating, and prototyping new technologies, demonstrating their value through working prototypes.
- Design non-functional requirements and conduct implementation reviews to identify gaps between design and code.
- Develop architectural strategies and roadmaps to support business goals.
- Seek opportunities to enhance business processes and deliver additional value.
Our requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in relevant roles (software development, integration, architecture design).
- ServiceNow Expertise: At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze existing solutions and suggest innovative improvements.
- Leadership: Proven experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to teams and stakeholders.
- Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications.
