Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to drive strategic growth and delivery excellence within our ServiceNow practice. This leadership role involves managing high-impact programs, representing the organization in client and vendor engagements, and overseeing operational and staffing decisions to ensure successful execution of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for ServiceNow practice growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador in client and vendor interactions.
- Identify and communicate internal and external risks to leadership.
- Represent the organization in community activities to enhance visibility.
- Create and manage delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor program and service quality, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of special projects.
- Determine staffing needs and oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Collaborate with finance to prepare and manage budgets.
- Provide regular financial and operational reports to leadership.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and monitor community needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, including leadership in IT Service Management.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong presentation and team leadership skills.
- Ability to define high-level solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and business domains using ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- ITIL and ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience as a ServiceNow architect in enterprise-level implementations.
