Our client is looking for a dynamic, collaborative, self‑motivated and experienced ServiceNow Platform Professional. This role is crucial to the organization and will be responsible for overseeing and improving the ServiceNow Platform and related processes. The candidate will ensure that IT services are aligned with business needs and delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the ServiceNow Platform.
- Lead a technical team responsible for operating the ServiceNow Platform.
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow to enhance IT process organization.
- Monitor and report on service performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve service issues and demands.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow platform.
- Oversee the administration, development, and expansion of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead a team of ServiceNow administrators, architects, developers, and business analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Develop a roadmap for platform enhancements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with IT and business strategies.
- Define and enforce governance frameworks, platform standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions.
- Supervise the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or other relevant applications.
- Oversee platform support and incident management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and innovation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor and report on platform performance, usage, and value delivery to leadership.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow platforms, with expertise in ITSM and related modules.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing cross‑functional projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration capabilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
