Job Description
As the ServiceNow Platform Lead, you will:
- Develop and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
- Establish governance frameworks, and best practices, and ensure consistent and compliant platform usage.
- Grow the adoption of ServiceNow across the Group, digitalizing business processes and driving business efficiency.
- Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices and continuous platform improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement new features, enhancing platform performance and capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.) and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align platform strategy with long-term business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Expertise in identifying and solving complex platform issues.
- Experience: 5-10 years in IT, including 3-5 years managing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required, with additional certifications (Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) a plus.
