As the ServiceNow Platform Lead, you will:
Develop and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
Establish governance frameworks, and best practices, and ensure consistent and compliant platform usage.
Grow the adoption of ServiceNow across the Group, digitalizing business processes and driving business efficiency.
Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices and continuous platform improvements.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design and implement new features, enhancing platform performance and capabilities.
requirements-expected :
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.) and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs).
Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align platform strategy with long-term business goals.
Problem-Solving: Expertise in identifying and solving complex platform issues.
Experience: 5-10 years in IT, including 3-5 years managing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required, with additional certifications (Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) a plus.
