Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top-notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision
responsibilities :
Provide second level support for ServiceNow Platform modules and functionalities (including but not limited to: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, TPSM, Discovery, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Integrations):
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents,
Identify problems and log known errors to determine root-cause,
Manage service requests,
Participate in change management process for changes.
Perform day to day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform,
Resolve functional and technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately,
Perform failure analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement,
Maintain ServiceNow support processes,
Manage system configuration,
Monitor system scheduled tasks and take actions in case of errors identified,
Provide documentation on how to use global system,
Conduct testing for subsequent developments of the application,
Perform special assignments as requested.
requirements-expected :
At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field,
2+ years of ITSM tool support would be expected (3+ for seniors),
Experience in configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform,
Experience working in a support analyst/specialist role for global clients,
Familiarity with AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and ServiceNow API,
ITIL and ServiceNow Certifications desirable (Certified ServiceNow Administrator or others),
Service orientation with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction,
Strong interpersonal and collaboration capabilities,
Very good verbal and written communication skills,
Availability for shift work (start between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.),
Fluent English (is essential for this job).
