Your tasks:

  1. Transform client BPO/GBS/SSC query-related processes in areas such as IT, HR, Finance, etc.
  2. Provide recommendations on the "To Be" Connect to Resolve model to meet global, best-in-class standards.
  3. Offer guidelines on the technology setup required to support the transformed C2R model for specific service lines.
  4. Prepare user stories and use cases to define system requirements.
  5. Create process maps for C2R, including roles and responsibilities (RACI), SLAs, and KPIs.
Your profile:
  1. Practical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform in Finance & Control and Customer Service areas.
  2. Understanding of Connect to Resolve / Query to Resolve processes.
  3. Experience in analyzing business needs and managing ServiceNow requirements.
  4. Experience working with IT, developers, and operations to deliver outcomes/products/requirements in ServiceNow.
  5. Ability to translate requirements into business cases.
  6. Understanding of different Service Delivery Models (GBS/SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT, etc.).
  7. General process knowledge – AP/AR/GL/MDM (others are a plus).
  8. Fluent English; additional languages such as French and/or German are advantageous.
