This role is part of the Digital & Technology department of HEINEKEN International and specifically part of the D&T Finance organisation. The HeiFlow ServiceNow Lead is part of the HeiFlow Product Team, delivering design and architecture for ServiceNow area for HeiFlow Product, providing guidelines and directions to professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. The Teams within D&T Finance are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Teams overall efficiency and effectiveness.
The HeiFlow ServiceNow Lead partners with Heiflow Product Architect and HeiFlow Product Owner and manages team members to deliver business value to customers through translating architecture and design requirements into functional solutions and participating in the technical development of the product.
