This role is part of the Digital & Technology department of HEINEKEN International and specifically part of the D&T Finance organisation. D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology, and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. The HeiFlow ServiceNow Lead is part of the HeiFlow Product Team, delivering design and architecture for ServiceNow area for HeiFlow Product, providing guidelines and directions to professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. The Teams within D&T Finance are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Teams overall efficiency and effectiveness.

The HeiFlow ServiceNow Lead partners with Heiflow Product Architect and HeiFlow Product Owner and manages team members to deliver business value to customers through translating architecture and design requirements into functional solutions and participating in the technical development of the product.

Your responsibilities

  • Formulating the architecture and design of the ServiceNow area of the HeiFlow Product based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints of used technologies
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Domain Architects on the solution design to ensure it conforms to the overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
  • Partnering with Product Architect & Product Owner to ensure the most efficient value chain improvements for business stakeholders
  • End-to-end responsibility for managing the solution upgrade process
  • Conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifying architectural optimizations
  • Managing IT Cost of Ownership of the Product through budgeting processes of HEINEKEN and controlling budget execution on the respective level
  • Verifying the implementation - ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meets the requirements
  • Ensuring consistency of overall solution.
  • Managing the quality of the solutions and technical debt
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposing how to resolve these
  • Keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensuring development, transfer, and retention of knowledge. Is end-to-end responsible for delivering the value of the Product through the entire Product life cycle
  • Being multidisciplinary - ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy, and support the Product are embedded in the team
  • Helping Product Team members with removing impediments

Our requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or other related studies
  • Practical experience of minimum 5 years with maintaining and developing ServiceNow environment
  • Practical experience of at least 3 cycles, in managing all technical aspects of upgrading to a new release
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders on different levels of seniority
  • Being a business and technical consultant/architect who is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Product
  • Analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
  • Recognizing the corporate strategy
  • Team player, able to work effectively within the product team with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • Able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
  • Ability to work in teams and work dedicated to a team
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams to craft IT solutions
  • Troubleshooting technology problems
  • Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment, a strong grasp of automation and data management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English
