We are looking for a ServiceNow Key User / Process Expert to support our international clients in transforming their business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving processes and showing how ServiceNow can bring real value across HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Shared Services.
This is a business-focused role - you will not be programming, but leading process transformation, managing requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading/ taking part in the transformation of client processes (based on your seniority) (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Shared Services)
- Conducting workshops and presenting ServiceNow capabilities to clients
- Preparing process maps, RACI, KPIs and SLAs
- Defining requirements (user stories, use cases) for system adjustments
- Acting as a link between business, IT and development teams
- Building business cases and recommending best practices for service delivery (GBS/SSC/BPO)
- Supporting clients in achieving global, best-in-class standards with ServiceNow
Employer requirements:
- Strong practical knowledge of ServiceNow platform (process modules)
- Understanding of end-to-end processes (Query-to-Resolve/ HR/ Finance/ Customer Service/ Procurement)
- Experience in process analysis, optimization and transformation
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Previous experience working in consulting, BPO/SSC or shared services environment
- Excellent English skills (French or German will be an advantage)
