responsibilities :

• Leading/ taking part in the transformation of client processes (based on your seniority)
• Conducting workshops and presenting ServiceNow capabilities to clients
• Preparing process maps, RACI, KPIs and SLAs
• Defining requirements (user stories, use cases) for system adjustments
• Acting as a link between business, IT and development teams
• Building business cases and recommending best practices for service delivery (GBS/SSC/BPO)
• Supporting clients in achieving global, best-in-class standards with ServiceNow

• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow platform (process modules)
• Understanding of end-to-end processes (Query-to-Resolve/ HR/ Finance/ Customer Service/ Procurement)
• Experience in process analysis, optimization and transformation
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Previous experience working in consulting, BPO/SSC or shared services environment
• Excellent English skills
