responsibilities :
contribute to successful rollouts and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow CSM system;
collaborate across global/local IT teams and vendors during Service Now implementation activities;
support end-users by troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating tickets as needed;
support design and optimize record producers, self-service portals, and automation rules to enhance user experience;
participate in user acceptance testing and user training activities;
understand business processes, challenge the current way of working with new capabilities, gather requirements and translate business demands into actionable ServiceNow solutions;
support change management efforts and communicate updates related to ServiceNow usage.
requirements-expected :
fluency in English (written and spoken);
hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM or similar ticketing systems;
practical involvement in IT or business project implementation/delivery;
critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
ability to work in an agile environment;
strong user-oriented mindset;
effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
