About

This is a huge end-user with locations in 40+ Countries. They have a mature ServiceNow environment, and are implementing IRM to centralise and operationalise risk, compliance, and controls in a single platform. They want somebody in house to act as the IRM Subject Matter Expert, performing business analysis, process consulting, and even contributing to development tasks. This role is more technical.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 x end to end IRM Implementations completed
• Extensive hands on configuration within IRM Modules
• CMDB/CSDM – Able to link IRM entities to CMDB/CSDM
• Javascript – Able to develop in Javascript
• 5+ Years in technical ServiceNow roles, with at least 2 x projects being the functional POC too
