ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM(PPM) modules.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Your tasks
- Collaborating with the client’s HR product team to develop, maintain, integrate, and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including managing version upgrades
- Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation
- Conducting testing, deployment, and pre-deployment validation of solutions
- Analyzing requirements, participating in review sessions, and contributing to Scrum ceremonies
- Performing administration and configuration tasks, including managing security, workflows, data, and integrations within ServiceNow
- Developing scripts (e.g., Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists) and proposing automation improvements to enhance user experiences
- Customizing workflows, portals, widgets, and creating dashboards with reporting capabilities
- Integrating the platform with third-party tools and other ServiceNow instances using APIs and web services
- Monitoring system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing enhancements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including a minimum of 1 year working with the HRSD module
- Proficiency in key ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, and Service Request Management, along with programming skills in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Experience in creating and customizing workflows, portals, and widgets
- Strong knowledge of system integration using REST/SOAP APIs or pre-built ServiceNow tools
- Ability to analyze requirements and recommend automation opportunities to enhance the platform
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with an organized and structured approach to tasks
- Experience in testing and deploying technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Expertise in handling configuration tasks, including managing security, workflows, and data management in ServiceNow
- Holding ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Residing in Poland required
