ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM(PPM) modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Your task

  • Work inside the client’s HR product team - manage development, maintenance, version upgrades, enhancements, integrations, etc
  • Create and maintain existing documentation
  • Take part in the testing and deployment activities
  • Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
  • Perform platform upgrades, including skipped records review
  • Perform administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
  • Raise opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
  • Make scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
  • Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
  • Setup dashboards with reporting capabilities
  • Integrate with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
  • Validate technical solutions before deployment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and a minimum of 1-year experience on the HRSD module
  • Experience in core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management as well as JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • An organized and focused approach to work
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
  • Residing in Poland required
