Project scope:

• Serve as the ServiceNow HRSD Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate HRSD requirements into comprehensive ServiceNow solution designs
• Guide the development team during sprints, providing support with any design challenges
• Lead the design work related to HR Service Portal, Knowledge Base, HR Case Management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub, Access Management, and more
• Support the operations team in resolving complex production incidents
• Assist the platform-wide Enterprise Manager on ServiceNow-related topics
• Offer design advice to the Product Owner (PO) by providing solutions and options for various ServiceNow topics
• Work with ServiceNow support and QA teams on addressing design gaps, defects, and enhancements
• Share ServiceNow best practices and ensure the overall health of the solution
• Lead design discussions on new ServiceNow features and capabilities
• Offer guidance on ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and patch management

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified in CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, and CAD
• At least 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow HRSD Architect
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its related products
• Expertise with HR-scoped applications: HR Service Portal, Knowledge Base, HR Case Management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub, and more
• Ability to lead design work, offering solutions to complex business problems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
• Fluent English
