Overview

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. The role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and governance of hardware assets across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with asset owners and stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data continuity within the IT Asset Repository, including Asset Models
• Track and govern compliance of HAM processes within the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders owning hardware assets to ensure process adherence and data integrity
• Escalate process‑related issues to the Process Owner
• Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date hardware asset records in ServiceNow
• Perform assigned tasks related to hardware asset requests and changes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management using ServiceNow as the primary platform
• Business analyst skills to support data‑related activities
• Technical writing skills to assist with process documentation
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Supporting process documentation and reporting activities
• Required to reside in Poland
