ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Consultant

Expected

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. The role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and governance of hardware assets across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with asset owners and stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support process adherence.

• Maintaining data continuity within the IT Asset Repository, including Asset Models
• Tracking and governing compliance of HAM processes within the team
• Collaborating with stakeholders owning hardware assets to ensure process adherence and data integrity
• Escalating process-related issues to the Process Owner
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date hardware asset records in ServiceNow
• Performing assigned tasks related to hardware asset requests and changes
