ServiceNow Expert Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected JavaScript Your responsibilities Responsibilities •Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow modules based on business requirements •Develop workflows, integrations, and custom applications using: •Flow Designer •Integration Hub •App Engine / Creator Workflows •Advise stakeholders on best practices and OOTB functionality •Translate German-language requirements into technical solutions •(Architect level) •Define platform architecture and technical roadmap •Ensure CMDB health and alignment with CSDM •Govern platform standards and scalability Our requirements Required Skills •Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow, with expertise in one or more of: •ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB) •ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Observability) •CSM •HRSD •SecOps •ITAM / SAM / HAM •GRC / IRM •PPM / APM / SPM •UI Builder / Service Portal Technical skills: •JavaScript •REST / SOAP web services •ServiceNow platform architecture •Agile / enterprise environments Language requirement (mandatory): •German B2–C1 •English B2 Optional •Experience in Financial Services, Telco, or Healthcare •Architecture-level ServiceNow experience •CSDM governance exposure DCV Technologies We are urgently looking for ServiceNow Experts to support a large enterprise program for a German client. Depending on experience, candidates will join as Developer, Consultant, or Architect and work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
