The ServiceNow Team at Sii delivers comprehensive services to clients from diverse industries across Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing customer platforms, streamlining and digitizing process flows, and extending the functionalities of existing solutions. Our expertise covers key ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and ITBM (PPM).

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work on diverse projects, with a key focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module, helping clients optimize project and resource management.

Your tasks

  • Analyzing requirements, designing tailored solutions, and maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Creating and optimizing scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flows/Workflows, and Widgets)
  • Managing platform configurations, security settings, and data organization
  • Validating, testing, and rolling out technical enhancements
  • Building dashboards and delivering advanced reporting capabilities
  • Connecting with third-party tools and integrating ServiceNow instances (using APIs and web services)
  • Upgrading the platform and handling skipped records review
  • Engaging in Agile ceremonies, requirement discussions, and design reviews
  • Implementing automation strategies to boost user experience
  • Guiding and supporting less experienced team members while fostering best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Demonstrating proven experience with the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module
  • Mastering scripting and platform customization (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
  • Understanding core modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
  • Possessing strong skills in API integrations (REST/SOAP web services)
  • Knowing best practices for administration, security configurations, and system optimization
  • Being competent in Flow Designer and custom workflow setup
  • Developing dashboards and advanced reporting solutions
  • Exhibiting excellent analytical, communication, and mentoring abilities
  • Holding relevant ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
