about-project :

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. In general, our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules, but in this particular project, you will be working with ITOM and/or CSM module.

responsibilities :

Analyse development requirements and participate in design discussions, review sessions, and SCRUM meetings
Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle
Perform platform upgrades, including reviewing skipped records and validating technical solutions before deployment
Ensure development practices comply with internal standards, including scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies/Pages) and configuration (security, workflows, data management)
Design and customize Flows, Workflows, dashboards, portals, and widgets within ITOM and/or CSM modules
Support integrations with external systems and ServiceNow instances using REST/SOAP APIs
Identify opportunities for automation to improve platform performance and user experience
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-release support
Mentor and support less experienced team members

requirements-expected :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Hands-on experience with core ServiceNow modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management)
Proven experience in ITOM and/or CSM modules
Familiarity with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
Methodical and focused approach to work
Strong analytical and communication skills
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
Residing in Poland required
